Taylor has been working in weddings since 2016, when a creative outlet turned into a love for logistics and beautiful events.

About Taylor

There’s something especially magical about a summer wedding at the Taft Museum of Art. Between the historic architecture, downtown Cincinnati location, and timeless gardens, it creates the perfect backdrop for couples looking for a wedding that feels elevated while still warm and inviting.

Hailey and Stephen’s end-of-June wedding perfectly captured that balance — a refined summer garden party filled with soft pastels, romantic florals, and intentional design details that transformed the property into an unforgettable celebration.

A Romantic Garden Party at the Taft Museum of Art

From the very beginning, Hailey and Stephen knew they wanted their wedding day to feel romantic, refined, and garden-inspired. The couple chose the Taft Museum of Art because of its central downtown Cincinnati location and its ability to seamlessly host the elevated tented wedding they envisioned.

The museum itself naturally lends itself to timeless wedding design. With its historic charm and beautiful grounds, it created the perfect setting for a wedding that felt sophisticated without losing the warmth and energy of a summer celebration.

A Perfect Cincinnati Summer Wedding Day

Their wedding day took place at the end of June — one of those quintessential Cincinnati summer days that was warm, vibrant, and full of energy. Guests were welcomed into a celebration that felt like stepping into a romantic garden party in the heart of the city.

The overall design featured a soft pastel color palette with shades of pink, blue, yellow, and green woven throughout the florals and tabletop details. The colors felt playful and summery while still maintaining the elevated aesthetic the couple envisioned for their wedding at the Taft Museum of Art.

The Design Detail Everyone Remembered

One of the most memorable design elements of the evening was the greenery installation draped across the tent ceiling. The layered greenery completely transformed the reception space and created the immersive garden-inspired atmosphere the couple had dreamed about from the start.

This particular detail was especially meaningful because it was one of the reasons Hailey and Stephen initially reached out to our team. They had seen previous tented weddings we designed featuring suspended greenery installations and immediately connected with that design style. They knew they wanted a vendor team experienced in tented events and thoughtful logistical execution to help bring their vision to life.

Bringing the Right Vendor Team Together

One of the biggest ways we supported Hailey and Stephen throughout the planning process was helping them build the right vendor team for their wedding priorities and design goals. Tented weddings often require a highly collaborative team and careful coordination behind the scenes, especially when creating custom installations and transforming outdoor spaces into fully realized event environments.

By guiding them toward vendors aligned with their vision, we were able to help save the couple an immense amount of time and energy throughout the planning process while ensuring every detail worked cohesively together.

An Elevated Wedding at the Taft Museum of Art

Hailey and Stephen’s wedding was the perfect example of how a Taft Museum of Art wedding can feel both elegant and deeply personal. Between the romantic pastel palette, lush greenery installations, and timeless setting, every part of the day reflected an elevated yet welcoming atmosphere.

For couples dreaming of a refined garden-inspired wedding in downtown Cincinnati, the Taft Museum of Art continues to be one of the city’s most beautiful and versatile wedding venues.

- WHITNEY, BRIDE

She took an enormous amount of stress off of our shoulders and helped us create the most perfect day of our entire lives. Taylor handled every situation with grace, confidence, and professionalism.  I don’t think I’ve ever met a sweeter person, or someone who is able to bring such a calming and peaceful presence to any room she walks into!

"Taylor was our best decision in all of planning!"

- JANET, MOTHER OF THE BRIDE

As a first-time mother-of-the bride, I wanted someone to guide us through the whole process. We thankfully selected the full-package and never worried whether what we were asking was included or not. Taylor was positive, organized and tremendously accommodating, especially as we changed plans 3 times due to COVID.

"Taylor listened and brought my daughter's dreams to life!"

- Alyssa, bride

Taylor was so great to work with from the very beginning! We hired her for day-of planning, yet she went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the entire planning process. You can tell Taylor truly cares about her couples & that was proven by how much energy she invested in us and our making our perfect day happen!

"We felt supported throughout the entire process!"
