Wedding Management hands off the execution. Starting well before your wedding day, we take over vendor communication, build your detailed timeline, run your rehearsal, and coordinate every detail on-site — so you can actually be present for the day you worked so hard to plan.

Not ready to book a planning package, but you don't want to start blind either? Our Planning Intensives are focused, single-session engagements built to solve one specific problem: a realistic budget, a vetted vendor list, or a full planning roadmap.
Each Intensive includes a pre-call questionnaire, prep work completed before you ever get on the phone, and a deliverable you'll actually use going forward. If you decide to book a full or partial planning package within 14-days of your session, the cost of your Intensive is credited toward your planning package cost.
