We call it our ‘Day-of’ planning package, but the secret is it’s so much more than that!
About 8-12 weeks before your wedding I’ll take those vendor lists, contact forms, spreadsheets and the coveted wedding planning binder off your hands. This way you’ll have nothing to worry about leading up to your big day! We want you to spend this last stretch of your engagement – and your wedding day – taking in all the sweet moments and memories while we worry about the details.

At our initial consultation, you’ll tell me all about the vision you’ve created for your big day. We’ll talk about every detail – from the venue to bridal party.

Six weeks prior to your wedding day, I’ll send you a questionnaire. Along with your families, you’ll fill this out and transfer all of that hard work onto paper so that the Ivory Couture team can manage the details. We’ll prepare for a site visit and I’ll begin getting in touch with each of your vendors to confirm details.

You’re married! Hop in your getaway car and head off to your honeymoon. The Ivory Couture team will take care of all the breakdown details.

Beginning 2 Months from Wedding:
+ Questionnaire to transfer planning details (12 weeks out from wedding day)
+ Off-site Coordination Meeting to discuss vendors, wedding details & the questionnaire
+ Vendor management beginning 8 weeks out from wedding
+ Ceremony & Reception layout review or creation
+ Site visit to discuss layout for ceremony and reception (Approx. 6-8 weeks out from wedding day)
+ Detailed timeline for all vendors & wedding party + coordinating timeline logistics with vendors
+ Wedding rehearsal coordination (1 hour)
+ 10 hours of on-site wedding day coordination (including: timeline execution, vendor coordination, light setup of personal items, ceremony and reception coordination)
+ Includes one day-of assistant (**Note: Pending guest count and logistics, additional assistant(s) may be required- subject to an additional fee)
