sea green place setting for wedding

You’ve spent hours upon hours envisioning, planning and booking vendors, now the day is finally here! Pass off the notebooks and spreadsheets (*raises hand* I’ll take them!) to the Ivory Couture planning team, relax and truly enjoy this once in a lifetime experience–You’re getting married!

We call it our ‘Day-of’ planning package, but the secret is it’s so much more than that!

About 8-12 weeks before your wedding I’ll take those vendor lists, contact forms, spreadsheets and the coveted wedding planning binder off your hands. This way you’ll have nothing to worry about leading up to your big day! We want you to spend this last stretch of your engagement – and your wedding day – taking in all the sweet moments and memories while we worry about the details.

Day of Wedding Coordinator

At our initial consultation, you’ll tell me all about the vision you’ve created for your big day. We’ll talk about every detail – from the venue to bridal party.

Six weeks prior to your wedding day, I’ll send you a questionnaire. Along with your families, you’ll fill this out and transfer all of that hard work onto paper so that the Ivory Couture team can manage the details. We’ll prepare for a site visit and I’ll begin getting in touch with each of your vendors to confirm details.

You’re married! Hop in your getaway car and head off to your honeymoon. The Ivory Couture team will take care of all the breakdown details.
